N.B - Those who are participating in the inter-faculty tournament/games on the given dates of assessments should provide the confirmation letters for their respective participation, certified by the physical education department of the university by the 11th of May 2023. Others who will be absent should provide a medical certificate through the university medical officer if it is a medical reason or any acceptable and valid evidence document if it is another valid reason by 15th May 2023.
