General Fitness Program for UOC Girls is an initiative taken by the Physical Education Department of University of Colombo which is an online program conducted by our very own Professional Sports Instructor, National Netball Player Ms. Nauchalee Rajapakshe. 💁🏻‍♀️


🗓 Date : Every Monday and Thursday (Commencing on 3rd of June 2021)
